* Newly created Corporate Finance Manager role reporting directly to the Head of Finance
* High-growth renewable energy developer with a significant operational and development portfolio
* Own and drive the corporate valuation model across a multi-gigawatt pipeline of solar and battery storage projects
Our client is a well-established Australian renewable energy business seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to join its Sydney-based finance team. The organisation develops, owns and manages utility-scale solar and battery storage assets across Australia, with a strong track record of bringing projects into commercial operation and a substantial pipeline of new projects progressing toward financial close. The business is backed by a major international investor and is well-capitalised for continued growth.
This is a newly created role with real visibility at a senior level. You will own the long-term corporate valuation model, a critical resource used by the Board and key stakeholders. Beyond that, you will lead financial modelling and value creation analysis across new projects and M&A activity, contribute to long-term business planning and budgeting, coordinate sustainability reporting, and support investor relations through bespoke reporting and scenario analysis.
The successful candidate will bring proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale financial models, with a strong background in corporate valuation, infrastructure transactions and investment due diligence. You will be comfortable engaging with and influencing Board-level and senior stakeholders, highly organised, degree qualified in business, commerce or finance, and a self-starter who can take ownership and work independently.
