Mad Mex Miranda is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead their team at Westfield Miranda NSW 2228. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for great food, and a drive for business success, we’d love to hear from you!
As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind every shift. From leading your team to delivering exceptional customer service to making sure everything runs smoothly, you’ll take ownership and keep things moving in the right direction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee product selection, stock levels, and customer service quality.
- Implement promotions, set competitive prices, and drive sales growth.
- Lead local marketing efforts and advertising initiatives to attract customers.
- Assist customers with product choices and enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of stock and transactions while managing budgets effectively.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and high performance.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety, hygiene, and food industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR management.
- Certificate or diploma in retail management will be preferred.
- Strong leadership, sales, and business skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and team performance.
- Passion for customer service and food quality.
