Your Responsibilities
* Develop, deliver, and evaluate individualized resident care plans to meet their unique needs.
* Liaise with medical and allied health professionals to advocate for the highest quality of life for our clients.
* Supervise and support Personal Care Workers to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Offer clinical expertise and leadership in a comprehensive approach.
Requirements
* Prior experience as a Registered Nurse in aged or community care settings.
* A Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration are essential.
