About the role
Innerworks Disability Services and Nestworks Aged Care Services are hiring support workers to join our growing team across the Central Coast.
This is a dual service role. You may work across:
• Disability services (NDIS – Supported Independent Living and community support)
• Aged care services (Support at Home – in home support)
Shifts will be allocated based on your experience, preference, and operational needs.
Job Description:
We are looking for dependable, respectful individuals who can provide high-quality, person-centred care. You will be matched with shifts based on your availability, service stream preference, and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Disability Support (NDIS):
• Support daily routines in SIL homes
• Provide personal care and community access
• Assist with skill development and goal based supports
Aged Care Support (Support at Home):
• Deliver in home personal care and domestic assistance
• Meal preparation and mobility support
• Provide social support and companionship
General Duties:
• Follow care plans and complete progress notes accurately
• Maintain professional communication with clients, families, and team
• Work independently with professionalism and empathy

About You:
• Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, or equivalent (mandatory)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Right to work in Australia
