Position No: 9229
About the role
In this role, you will lead the development, planning and delivery of stormwater, flood mitigation and water quality projects, analysing modelling outputs to inform design standards, strategic planning and community resilience initiatives. You will provide expert advice on stormwater management, WSUD, flood mapping, sediment and erosion control, and asset renewal, while overseeing WSUD maintenance, renewal and performance monitoring programs. The role also involves developing and maintaining strategic stormwater, flood management and Integrated Water Management (IWM) guidelines, managing consultants and procurement processes, supporting design development and contract administration, and collaborating with Melbourne Water and neighboring councils on multi-agency stormwater and flood management projects.
