Full Time Sous Chef - Lakeview Hotel Motel
Lakeview Hotel Motel is looking for an additional Sous Chef who will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with dedicated Head Chefs and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. This is a unique opportunity for professional Sous Chefs looking to join the kitchen team and to enjoy the fast-paced environment our venues have to offer.
We are looking for outstanding Sous Chefs who have experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern innovative food. You must have:
* Minimum 3-5 years experience in a professional environment
* Minimum 12 months of experience in the Sous Chef role
* The skill to create menus that adhere to brand guidelines and reflect the venue's identity
* Strong knowledge of food safety protocols
* Able to work 5 days across a 7 day operation
* Relevant culinary qualification or equivalent trade experience in lieu
* Flexible and willing attitude, clear communication and customer service skills
* Immaculate grooming and pride in presentation
