**TECHNICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE**
Austcorp are partnered with a major, worldwide welding technology provider. We are looking for an experienced sales representative to work in their Perth based team to increase their sales, manage customer relationships and increase their market share.
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Ideally a background in Engineering/Fabrication manufacturing projects
- Experience interfacing with clients and customers in the Australian mining space
- A minimum of 2- 4 years in a similar sales role - selling within the industrial market

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Drive and improve sales results and performance to meet sales targets
- Manage distributor relationships in your designated area
- Actively call on end users to promote total company products
- Develop and execute customer sales plans
- Assist Product Managers on market surveys
- Establish plans to grow sales with existing customers, in addition to growing sales with new customers
- Partner with end users and distributors to identify new opportunities
- Project work from time to time
- Maintain a high standard of ethics and consistency when dealing with fellow employees
- Any other duties as directed by the Regional Sales Manager
