If you love getting out and about, this is the role for you! Applicants must have their own vehicle work related travel (reimbursed at $0.99 per km). This position involves regular travel of up to 45-60 minutes throughout the Byron Bay, Ballina or Lismore Regions and surrounding suburbs. Ideal for someone who thrives in a mobile working environment!

A Day in the Life
* Provide person centred care and help clients feel their best with support in personal care, mobility, meals and more
* Keep homes happy with cleaning, laundry, meal prep and light gardening
* Offer companionship and spark connection through conversation and activities
* Drive independence by providing transport to assist clients with shopping, appointments and outings
What You Bring
* Experience supporting aged care clients in their own homes, helping with daily living and household tasks
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care (with transcripts)
* Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
* Valid driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
* Comfortable travelling up to 45 - 60 minutes
* Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (highly desirable)
* Contract includes 20 - 40 hours guaranteed hours per fortnight, depending on availability, with the opportunity to increase after the probation period
* Flexible hours, client services may be scheduled anytime between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM
* Ideally seeking availability for 3-5 days across weekdays.
* Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of work rights in Australia
