About the team
We have an exciting opportunity in Revenue NSW as Executive Assistant to the Executive Director, Fines & Debt. This role is ongoing, commencing as soon as negotiated with the successful candidate's Manager.
The Executive Assistant supports the Executive Director of Fines and Debt with administrative functions including management of calendar appointments, emails, correspondence and coordinating responses as required for various requests. You will be part of a fast paced, high delivering Fines and Debt Executive team where you will manage the leadership meetings, minutes and actions for the Executive Director and Directors, and work closely with other parts of the business units and stakeholders.
Your day-to-day
* Executive Support for the Executive Director with management of calendar appointments, emails, correspondence and coordinating responses as required for various requests.
* Liaising with the Senior Management of RNSW and Directors reporting into the Executive Director
* Managing relationships with the Revenue NSW Executive teams and their Executive Assistants including the Deputy Secretary Office (DSO) Revenue NSW
* Reviewing and escalating briefing notes and MO requests to the Executive Director to ensure timely responses to the relevant teams
* Managing urgent responses for media comment and feedback
* Assist business units with ad hoc requests for travel, escalations and HR matters.
* Coordination of strategy and planning meetings.
* Travel between the five RNSW locations is required occasionally
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

* Relationship building and stakeholder engagement within Revenue NSW, DCS and across the NSW Government.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work concurrently on multiple tasks.
