- Monadelphous is seeking a skilled Tender Writer to join our high performing and supportive team in Brisbane. This is a permanent role where you will work Monday to Friday based in our Milton Office.This is a niche role within our Maintenance & Industrial Services division which requires collaboration with senior managers, operational personnel and estimators, to help develop winning bids and proposals to secure major contracts across the East Coast of Australia and in PNG.- **Key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Working as a key member of the bid team to coordinate submissions to a high standard, meeting client deadlines
- Writing and layout of compelling and customised tender documents to successfully secure major maintenance contracts and projects
- Developing marketing collateral such as capability statements and project profiles to support business development and tendering
- Ensuring all content adheres to branding guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality
- Participating in and facilitating meetings
- Assisting with developing strategies to improve the company's win ratio
- Updating/maintaining our Sharepoint library and tendering systems
**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
- Two or more years' experience working in a communications/tender writing role
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field is desirable but not essential.
- Advanced skills in use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Intermediate Adobe InDesign (preferred).
- Excellent written communication capabilities, with high attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to a fluctuating workload and to support other team members when required
- A strong team mentality and ability to maintain focus when under pressure. willingness to work with as well as the ability to work autonomously
