This Emergency Medicine PHO position (VAC- ) is based in Yeppoon, Central Queensland, Australia. The public hospital serves a region spanning 150 kilometres with approximately 25,000 residents. Services include: 24 Hour Emergency Medical Services, Acute Inpatient, Rehabilitation Inpatient, Palliative Inpatient, Women and Family Health Programs, Midwifery Services (antenatal clinics and classes, postnatal home visiting, breastfeeding and parenting support, neonatal and hearing screening, obstetric clinics), Child Health Services (including child development clinics, home visiting and parenting programs, paediatric clinics), School immunisation programs, Hospital avoidance and subacute care in the community, Cardiac rehabilitation, Social work and counselling, Indigenous Health services, Allied Health Programs, Mental Health programs, Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drugs Service, General Practitioner Clinic and Radiological Services.
