The Opportunity
You’ll step into a Structures Foreman role on a $50M - $150M multi-residential build, working alongside an experienced team including a PM, SM, CAs, and HSE support.
Projects are based across the Gold Coast (Palm Beach through to Broadbeach), with a focus on delivering high-quality apartment builds without stretching teams too thin.
This is a role for someone who knows their way around structures and can hit the ground running – not just talk a big game.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Overseeing all structural works on a large-scale multi-res project
* Coordinating trades, programming, and daily site operations
* Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered on time
* Maintaining quality and safety standards across the structure phase
* Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team
