Home Care Support Role
This is a challenging and rewarding home care support role that requires a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and community access.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with manual handling, personal care, and continence management
* Administer medication as required
* Provide domestic assistance and help clients maintain their independence
* Accompany clients on outings and support them in accessing community resources
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with individuals with brain injuries or similar conditions
* Current First aid and CPR certification
* NDIS Screening Clearance
* Accredited Manual Handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)
