The Registered Nurse will demonstrate performance aligned with skilled standards, the Nurse Practice Act, and the mission of Community Health Network. Responsibilities include managing patient care across the healthcare continuum to achieve optimal outcomes safely and efficiently, with skills in collaboration, delegation, negotiation, and resource management.
Exceptional Skills And Qualifications
Graduate of an NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited nursing program, or possess at least three years of related professional nursing experience.
Valid RN license to practice in Indiana, as recognized in the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
