PositionAnalyst Programmer (Melbourne Based) – KJRLocationMelbourne, Victoria, AustraliaResponsibilitiesConsult with business stakeholders to translate needs into high-level requirements and technical specifications.Evaluate existing systems to identify technology limitations and recommend improvements.Design, develop, and optimize application code, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security protocols.Write and maintain program code, database structures, and test artefacts to meet required specifications and performance standards.Document project deliverables and create technical documentation, SOPs, and end-user guides.Provide expert advice on software design, cost evaluations, and proposals for technological resiliency.Assist in Agile project delivery, handling BDD user stories and test artefacts within iterative sprint cycles.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an Analyst Programmer or similar role.Strong analytical, problem-ving, and communication skills.Excellent teamwork abilities and a commitment to full-time, permanent employment (38 hours per week).
