Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily store operations to ensure smooth, consistent processes.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and availability of parts.
- Order and receipt parts in a timely and organized manner.
- Handle loading and unloading of deliveries.
- Conduct regular stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Allocate parts to service orders promptly and correctly.
- Coordinate closely with the Workshop Supervisor regarding parts required for upcoming builds.
- Communicate with the Production Manager and Admin team regarding any delays or issues with parts.
- Ensure the store is secured when unattended.
- Maintain full accountability for all parts in stock.
