Job Requirements
* Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teams focused on mineral resource estimation and valuations are essential.
* Excellent technical knowledge in geology, geostatistics, and reporting compliance is required.
* As a key member of the management team, you will be expected to represent the organization in client meetings, audits, and boardroom presentations.
* A strong track record of public reporting, independent valuations, and contributing to industry engagement through conference participation, publications, and professional membership are highly regarded.
* Broad exposure across commodities, deposit styles, and jurisdictions as well as tertiary qualifications in Geology or Geoscience with postgraduate studies in Geostatistics or Valuation are also required.
