About the role
This role, reporting to the Directors, will be instrumental in ensuring that the HR and compliance needs of our clients' businesses are met and their people strategy is delivered. Partnering with the business owners or internal HR, you will play an active part in the HR management and provision of generalist advice for your own portfolio of clients over time.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of your own clients for all things HR
* Managing key aspects of the employee lifecycle through the client's HRIS from onboarding through to exit
* Providing general HR advice, coaching and support to our client leaders and managers including, but not limited to, performance management, restructures, acquisitions, Fair Work claims and workers compensation matters
* Overseeing and assisting with recruitment on occasions, if required for your clients - this may mean managing Preferred Supplier agreements with external Recruiters
* Working on client site where appropriate to assist with training, WHS briefings, designing online performance review matrix and other special projects
* Working with our HR Support team to deliver comprehensive HR administration and record keeping
* Identifying other needs and pain points for which enrichHR may be able to provide additional support and services such as Psychometric Assessments, Leadership Development Programs, 360 feedback and much more……
What you bring to this role
* Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
* 5+ years generalist HR experience
* Experience in managing a HRIS
* A desire to work in a challenging and diverse environment
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Strong understanding of employee relations, legislative framework and industrial instruments - Modern Awards, Fair Work Act and other legislation
* Solutions focused with commercial acumen
* Excellent attention to detail
* An ability to relate at all levels
* Technologically sound and systems savvy
