Job Description
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced project supervisor to lead the mine site cleaning project. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of daily operations, building strong client relationships, and supporting team members in fostering a positive and respectful work culture.
The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory or leadership experience in a remote, hospitality, facilities, or similar operational environment. They will possess strong communication and leadership skills, as well as a passion for safety, training, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the management of daily operations
* Build strong client relationships and respond to requests for additional services
* Support, develop, and train team members, fostering a positive and respectful work culture
* Approve timesheets, manage leave, and ensure accurate payroll inputs
* Ensure full compliance with site readiness requirements including inductions, WAFs, and SOPs
* Maintain system access and Learning Management System compliance
* Promote and uphold our organization's strong safety culture
* Proactively manage employee absences, performance, and grievances
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
* Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a remote, hospitality, facilities, or similar operational environment
* Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams
* A passion for safety, training, and operational excellence
* Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments
* Confidence using workforce systems and managing compliance
