Position Details We have multiple permanent full-time Medical Imaging Booking positions available, working Monday to Friday within our core hours of 8am to 6pm .
These positions are based at our Clayfield Contact Centre, with free street parking and close access to public transport.
The commencement date for these positions will be 9th February ****.
What You'll Be Doing Book patient appointments for scans and procedures with accuracy, efficiency, and empathy Provide patients with clear instructions to prepare for appointments, including arrival times, preparation requirements, and cost estimates Respond to general patient inquiries professionally Work closely with in-clinic teams and Radiologists to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow Maintain accurate patient records and facilitate seamless transfer of pathology and imaging history What we're looking for Passionate about customer service, with empathy, care, and compassion at the core of everything you do.
A strong communicator who can confidently interact with patients, referrers, and colleagues.
Tech savvy, with the ability to navigate multiple systems accurately.
Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.
Previous contact centre or healthcare experience is desirable but not essential.
