About the Role
This role is pivotal to supporting two service streams by overseeing daily HR tasks and providing strategic guidance to leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day generalist HR tasks and functions, as well as providing advice and support to leaders on matters such as recruitment, compliance, WHS & performance management.

Key Responsibilities
* HR Operations & Compliance: Manage recruitment, WH&S, governance, performance management, disciplinary matters, grievances, workforce planning, and ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
* Leadership & Stakeholder Support: Provide detailed advice to service stream leaders, support daily operations, and coach stakeholders on HR matters.
* Workplace Health & Safety: Lead WH&S matters, mitigate risks, and manage employee well-being.
* Recruitment & Employee Relations: Assist in recruiting employees, manage grievances, disputes, disciplinary actions, and support investigations.
* Training & Development: Collaborate with Learning & Development and Quality Assurance to ensure effective training aligned with cultural values.
* Policy & HR Initiatives: Administer HR policies and procedures, develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with our organisational culture and values.

About You
* You will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field.
* 5+ years of broad Human Resources Generalist experience.
* Extensive understanding of Fair Work Act, NES, WH&S Act, and organisational governance requirements.
* Experience with the SCHADS Award.
* Experience in the Human Services Sector and working with youth is highly desirable.
* High level of confidentiality.
