Who We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
• Previous experience in finance, lending or insurance roles (automotive experience preferred)
• A proven sales record with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Confident communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic approach and genuine desire to succeed
• High attention to detail with strong compliance awareness
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• The ability to connect with a diverse customer base and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
• Valid Australian working rights and a current driver’s licence
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Liaising with customers to present suitable finance and insurance solutions tailored to their needs
• Working closely with the Sales team to coordinate finance referrals for new and pre- owned vehicle deliveries
• Accurately preparing and submitting loan applications and associated finance documentation
• Ensuring all processes comply with legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements
