About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Manager - Energy Policy & Regulatory Reform with deep expertise in energy policy, market reform, and regulatory frameworks. This high-impact role advises government bodies, regulators, and major corporates on strategic decisions that enable sustainable transformation.

Key Responsibilities
* Drive the development and refinement of energy market frameworks through collaborative stakeholder engagement and strategic advisory
* Lead the evaluation of proposed regulatory changes, including impact assessments and formal submissions
* Conduct comprehensive reviews of market structures and regulatory environments to identify opportunities for reform and innovation
* Provide expert guidance on regulatory strategy, ensuring alignment with broader sustainability and economic objectives

What We're Looking For

* 5-10+ years' experience
* Energy consultancy background or market body policy/regulatory body
