As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the implementation of a large-scale SAP transformation project. This project involves migrating multiple business processes to SAP RISE, covering HR/Payroll, Finance, Procurement, and other areas.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the delivery of assigned program streams within the broader SAP transformation.
* Developing and maintaining the Project Management Plan (WBS, milestones, dependencies, baselines, change control).
* Overseeing day-to-day delivery against plan and relevant functional, operational, and legal requirements.
* Reporting with impact to Sponsor/Program Manager/Senior Management – identifying actual and emerging time/cost/quality variances early.
* Closing out projects efficiently: asset handover, financial closure, and audit readiness.
* Guiding and mentoring project teams; contributing to program forums and resourcing across streams.
Requirements include:
* At least 10 years in project management, with 5+ years leading enterprise-level transformations (ERP/SAP or equivalent) across HR/Payroll, Finance, and Procurement.
* Strong financial/commercial acumen and vendor/contract management in multi-supplier environments.
* Executive-level stakeholder engagement and communication; confident in steering committees and decision-making forums.
* Formal PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2/MSP/Agile) highly valued.
