Once you have applied, you will complete an online activity which can be done through your phone or computer, then a Recruiter will be in touch to discuss the full-time roles available at TSA.

What You'll Be Doing

Handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls, helping customers with their inquiries.

Use effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences.

Be flexible with hours to ensure we're available when our customers need us.
