Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join our dynamic IT team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing manual testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and system testing. This will involve designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test cases, test plans, and test scripts across various platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics 365 CE, and web portals.
In this role, you will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and document software defects and issues. You will participate in test planning and provide valuable insights to improve the overall testing process.
Furthermore, you will implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality products.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Test Analyst
* Clear understanding of Agile practices, test design, execution & reporting
* Demonstrated ability to build effective test cases, test plans, and test scripts
* Experience with CI/CD practices and tools – Azure DevOps preferred
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & FinOps highly desired
* A meticulous eye for detail
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically
* Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
