We’re looking for a motivated Resourcer / Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment team, supporting delivery across technology and engineering roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career (or looking to break into recruitment) who enjoys sourcing talent, building relationships, and developing commercial skills in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with experienced consultants, helping to identify, engage, and manage candidates while learning the full recruitment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals Screen and qualify candidates via phone and video interviews Support consultants with live vacancies across technology and engineering disciplines Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate CRM records Write and post job adverts tailored to target markets Build and nurture long-term candidate relationships Coordinate interviews and support offer processes Stay informed on market trends within tech and engineering sectors About You Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Confident, professional, and personable when speaking with candidates Organised with good attention to detail Motivated, resilient, and eager to learn Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines Interest in technology and/or engineering markets Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales, or customer-facing roles Familiarity with LinkedIn or job boards Degree or relevant qualification What We Offer Clear progression path into a full Recruitment Consultant role Structured training and ongoing mentorship Competitive base salary with commission/bonus potential Supportive, collaborative team environment Exposure to exciting technology and engineering clients If you’re ambitious, people-focused, and looking to build a career in recruitment within technology and engineering, we’d love to hear from you.
