Reporting to the General Manager - Projects, the Role of the Service Delivery Manager is to lead a team of technical staff in direct support of client's systems.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesThe role will assist the Operations Manager with management processes, customer project management, client liaison, coordination of the resources of the team in support of new project works, and is also responsible for the training and development of our early career team of graduates and apprentices.
