About the Position
We are seeking an experienced maintenance coordinator to join our team at a coal mine near Collinsville.

The successful candidate will have previous administration experience, ideally within a maintenance or mining environment, strong organisational and communication skills, proficiency in computer systems and data entry, and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process purchase orders and invoices
* Coordinate accommodation bookings and travel in collaboration with the engineering planning team
* Complete journal entries and assist with month-end reporting
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous administration experience, ideally within a maintenance or mining environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proficiency in computer systems and data entry
* Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
