Administration Officer (Construction Insurance)

About the role:

Campbell Construction Co is now seeking a self-motivated Repair Coordinator/Administrator to join our Rockhampton team. This role effectively manages the administration and support of a portfolio of repair claims from the point of authorisation through to project completion, including:

* Preparation of building contracts and other job-specific documentation
* Scheduling appointments for Supervisors with customers for inspections and approved repairs
* Preparation of invoices
* Providing updates to all stakeholders in the insurance repair process about the progress of repair projects
* Data entry in insurer external platforms and our job management system - Prime
* Handling and directing inbound calls
* Assisting the Supervisors in all administrative tasks as required

About you:

The successful candidate will need:

* Previous experience working in a high-volume administrative environment
* Work experience in the construction industry or insurance sector is highly desirable
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service
* Computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new programs
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A positive and conscientious attitude
