Your local Branded Apparel and promotional product supplier that has been servicing the peel community for 15 years now. We provide Branded goods and uniforms to businesses, trades, schools and sporting teams. Some of the services we provide is Embroidery, Vinyl heat transfers, Screen printing and Promotional Merchandise. 
The Role: 
Managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Uploading Posts, Creating content 
Following up on Existing and new sales leads for the business, Canvas for new sales leads 
Follow up on outstanding quotes. 
In store sales with existing and new clients 
Building rapport/positive relationships with our valued clients. 
General typing and computer work. 
Assist with quoting sales. 
What do you need to join?; 
Strong customer service and communication skills - face-to-face, via telephone and in written correspondence with the ability to build rapport with clients 
Experience with POS and Eftpos will be advantageous. 
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and preferably Canva and Corel Draw 
A proactive and committed approach to quality improvement. 
Excellent time management and high organisational skills. 
Willingness to learn. 
Works well in a team environment, Happy to help in other departments when needed 
Ability to multi-task in the busy peak periods 
Robust attention to detail

Salary: $52,650.00 - $60,000.00 per year
