Lead Electrical Engineer for High Voltage Substations
The role of Technical Principal Engineer involves applying advanced professional knowledge and judgement to provide expert technical engineering solutions and advice.

In this position, you will be responsible for supervising, leading, mentoring and coaching junior staff and team members. You will also apply your expertise in HV Substation design including Air Insulated Switchgear (outdoor) & Gas Insulated Switchgear (Indoor) type stations in primary and secondary design, layouts, installation & commissioning, including Civil & Structural requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
* Professional registration is required (local or international certification).
* Project Management certification and experience are beneficial.
* Membership in an international and/or local professional engineering society (e.g. CIGRE) is beneficial.
* A minimum of 15 years' experience in High Voltage Substation projects.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing multidisciplinary design teams and responsibility for detail design and construction.
