THE POSITION

* Cannon Hill Location
* Responsible for providing administration support to our portfolio of sites
* Perform site‑specific service desk duties with clients ranging from Defence, Department of Education and Utilities
* Perform Administrative duties involving reporting and general correspondence
* Entering customer service requests in relevant FM Software
* Answer correspondence and communications in a timely manner
* Provide high quality customer service


THE PERSON

* You will preferably have experience working in a role with high volume, complex bookings/requests
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Experience in the provision of superior customer service
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and initiative and hardworking
* A strong desire to work collaboratively within a team and ability to work autonomously
