We are open to discussions with Speech Therapists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working in the community.

Responsibilities include:
* Manage an allocated caseload and deliver therapeutic services promptly
* Provide speech pathology services to participants in schools, homes, and the community
* Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to set personalized treatment goals
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
* Mentor graduates and early career clinicians (for senior clinicians)
* Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance
Qualifications
To be considered suitable, you will have:
* Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia
* Experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation
* Excellent time management and organizational skills for managing a varied caseload
* A proactive attitude, motivated by improvement and learning opportunities
* A desire to work in a fun, collaborative, and supportive environment
* A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
