Warehouse Management Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our warehouse operations, overseeing the day-to-day management of goods-in and goods-out processes. As a seasoned professional in inventory control and stock management, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and implementing effective stock control systems.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse management, strong leadership skills, excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, and good IT skills. Ideally, they will have experience using inventory/ERP systems and possess strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the warehouse team on a daily basis
* Oversee goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring timely deliveries
* Maintain accurate inventory records and implement effective stock control systems
* Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships as necessary
* Evaluate parts allocation to minimize downtime on customer repairs
* Collaborate with the Service Team to prioritize parts delivery for urgent jobs
* Design efficient storage solutions and maintain an organized warehouse environment
* Enhance warehouse processes to ensure operational efficiency
* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements within the warehouse
* Produce regular inventory and performance reports for management
