We are seeking a seasoned Chef to join our culinary team. As our new Chef, you will prepare and deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
 * Preparing high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients
 * Maintaining a clean kitchen environment to ensure food safety and hygiene standards
 * Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items that meet customer expectations
 * Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies to optimize efficiency
 * Providing leadership and guidance to junior kitchen staff to enhance their skills and confidence
Required Qualifications
 * Several years of experience as a Chef, preferably in a restaurant or bar environment
 * Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
 * Excellent communication and leadership abilities to motivate and direct the kitchen team
 * Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment
 * A relevant culinary qualification or certification to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the profession
