Job Title: Sales Coordinator
As a key contributor to our Val Morgan Local Direct Sales Team, we are seeking an ambitious and organized individual to take on the role of Sales Coordinator. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to assist the team with general administration and coordinate advertising campaigns.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Market research in the advertising industry, encompassing clients and competitors
* Scheduling, coordinating and reporting of campaign instalments
* Supporting production team members in collating materials for client advertising
* Liaising with existing clients, handling incoming sales and production enquiries
* Preparing presentations with mock-ups required for activations, researching and reporting
* Collaborating with the Sales Team to provide customer service and organize events
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the film industry and upcoming releases
* Developing relationships with internal teams, clients and exhibitors
Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
* A collaborative approach, coupled with confidence and self-motivation
* The ability to meet deadlines through proactive planning and execution
