**About The Job**
- Explore opportunities to enhance efficiency in service delivery and meet client needs
- Perform detailed technical reviews of advice and analyses to ensure accuracy and quality
- Coordinate relevant team planning before the start of the month-end process
- Ensure that month-end reports are delivered to clients within agreed timeframes
- Review reports and workflow to ensure they are of the highest quality and easily comprehensible to clients
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to the team post-month end to drive ongoing improvement
- Conduct a thorough technical review of tax compliance matters and provide expert advice.
- Monitor the status of tax lodgements, ensuring they meet agreed timeframes and ATO due dates
- Assist in the Annual Review Process, offering valuable feedback on all direct reports
- Cultivate strong relationships with key client contacts, positioning yourself as their go-to person for complex issues
- Manage employee performance effectively, assisting with goal setting, and offering continuous training
- Prioritize and set monthly workflows to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Successfully manage your allocated client portfolio, understanding their needs and timelines
**About You**
- Relevant accounting experience in Business Services
- Qualified Accountant with relevant Accounting qualifications
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office
- Previous experience using Xero
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience managing a team
- Demonstrates a willingness and ability to introduce fresh and creative ideas to contribute to the organization's growth and improvement
