Role Description
This is a full-time, Account Manager role located in Toowoomba or Warwick. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling a portfolio consisting primarily of SME policies. Additionally, the role involves managing claims processes, collaborating with insurers, preparing policy documents, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will also identify opportunities for new business and provide ongoing support to existing clients.
Qualifications
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented mindset
* Proficiency in evaluating insurance policies and industry-related knowledge
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage claims processes effectively
* Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
* Familiarity with insurance brokerage processes and relevant systems
* Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers
* Tier 2 Qualification is a minimum.
* Proactive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a client-focused environment
