As a senior leader, you will manage service delivery to customers and ensure that contracted service commitments are met. This involves engaging with the customer to identify project and service opportunities, forming strong relationships with the customer to understand their requirements and business drivers, and managing client relationships to maintain a front-of-mind position for NECA's solution and service offerings.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leadership or management roles in an IT managed services environment, as well as significant experience leading, managing, and progressing technical or diverse operational teams. They will also possess commercial/P&L management expertise and be able to demonstrate strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
