About this Role
* Support residents with activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting and grooming, while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
* Assist with mobility support: Helping residents with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions including from a bed to a wheelchair.
* Monitor health: Observing and reporting any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
* Meal Assistance: Supporting residents with their dietary requirements, ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.
* Maintain accurate records: Keeping track of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition on eCase.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals: Working together with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
