**About The Role**
As the **Store Manager**, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the overall business within this busy supermarket. You will be responsible for the team management, development and P&L whilst ensuring the highest quality of goods are being presented and are available to your customers.
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous Supermarket Management experience preferred
- Experience leading large teams and creating a positive culture
- The ability to train and develop people
- Full P&L accountability
- Control department costs such as wastage, wages and other operational costs
- Understanding of local market, seasonal trends and identify marketing opportunities
- Food safety standards
- Ensure customer satisfaction and lead by example
