Your Role
As a Developer, you will work closely with our development team to ensure that our technology solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Your key responsibilities include:
Design, develop, and maintain software programs that meet the requirements of the banking industry.
Collaborate with stakeholders in banking to gather requirements and design technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug software defects.
Test and validate software programs to ensure they meet specifications.
Collaborate with other developers to design and implement software features.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards are maintained.
Maintain documentation of software programs, including technical specifications and user manuals.
Provide ongoing support to end-users to ensure software operates efficiently.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve software programs in the banking industry.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends and their potential application to banking.
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in software development or related field in banking, insurance, or financial services industry.
Strong technical skills with proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management principles.
Strong documentation skills with experience creating technical specifications and user manuals.
