Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Administrative Support Officer to join our team.
* The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager Corporate Services to deliver high-quality finance and business operations support.
* You will collaborate with the Executive Team, Corporate Services, and staff across all campuses to ensure smooth operational and strategic outcomes that ultimately enhance student learning.
The role includes:
* Coordinating purchasing across all campuses and managing freight logistics.
* Financial planning, monitoring, reporting, research, and analysis.
* Supporting the maintenance and replacement of the school's physical assets.
* Building and maintaining strong, effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Managing travel and accommodation bookings for staff and students.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:
* Excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in school financial management, facilities management and knowledge of departmental policies and procedures.
