As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team in Brisbane and help us take our marketing efforts to the next level.
In this hands-on position, you'll be responsible for promoting SSKB's positive difference to stakeholders, building brand awareness, and increasing lead quality and quantity.
Other responsibilities include:
- Planning, developing, and organising marketing campaigns and creative briefs to support business growth objectives
- Guiding a small team responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns and content creation. Reviewing and approving all content before going live
- Planning and executing internal Conference Days, Gala Ball, and other staff events
- Overseeing the sponsorship of large industry events
- Reporting and analysing marketing analytics and results and using data to understand effectiveness and impact and optimise accordingly
- Providing support to our management team with their business development goals
- Overseeing the brand and messaging on multiple channels and client touchpoints
- Developing strong working relationships with a range of senior managers within the business, assisting with tailored department strategies and deliverables, as per the SSKB overall marketing strategy
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with experience in a professional services environment. You'll have a proven track record of success in developing marketing plans and campaigns, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will also have:
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- A metrics-driven marketing mind and an eye for creativity
- Experience working with standard marketing channels and tools, such as social media, CRM, MailChimp, and Google Suite
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred.
