Now, we’re looking for a tradie who wants to take their hands-on skills into a high-performance sales career to join our team.
Your New Role
Are you a skilled tradie ready to step out of the workshop and into a high-earning sales career? In this role, you’ll be out and about across Tasmania, meeting clients on-site, measuring, and quoting, all while building strong customer relationships & closing sales. You’ll have your own company vehicle, phone, laptop & tools, and you’ll manage your own schedule alongside the admin team.
If you’re a tradie with practical know-how and a hunger for sales, this is the position for you. You’ll leverage your installation and product knowledge to become a top-earning sales consultant.

Key Responsibilities
* Take your trade skills into the sales arena—meet clients, measure, quote, and close sales
* Leverage your hands-on experience to offer expert advice and solutions
* Based from our Moonah showroom, you will be primarily on the road meeting clients in their homes or businesses.
* Honest, friendly & reliable
* Great communication skills & time management
* Prospect new business through cold calling, referrals, and networking
* Manage your own calendar & consistently hit/exceed KPIs
* Install assistance & maintenance when required for blinds, shutters, awnings and curtains – ongoing training provided
* Deliver a seamless experience that turns customers into repeat clients
Key Requirements
* A valid driver’s license with a clean history is essential, as you’ll be traveling regularly.
* You’ll also need a current Working with Vulnerable People card, as you’ll be working in homes and engaging with clients from all walks of life.
