In this pivotal role, you will be part of the key clinical leadership team both within the hospital and in offsite outpatient services, overseeing the delivery of high-quality Allied Health care across the full continuum of care.
Your professional and clinical leadership will support the team in providing effective and efficient care in diverse clinical settings, including acute, inpatient rehabilitation, ambulatory rehabilitation, outpatient, and community care.
Your responsibilities will include strategic planning, implementing and evaluating clinical practices and processes, facilitating integrated care, ensuring continuous quality improvement, overseeing commercial activities and governance, mentoring, and providing specialist advice to a large multidisciplinary team.
You will collaborate with hospital managers and executive members across all settings to achieve excellence in care delivery.Your Skills And ExperienceThis position requires an experienced Allied Health Professional with strong clinical and leadership skills.
