A high-performing, growth-focused finance business is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Managing Director.
This is a highly varied role in a business that is challenging the status quo and continuing to grow. More than a traditional EA position, you'll act as a true right hand — managing priorities, preparing for key meetings, coordinating follow-through, and helping keep momentum across the business.
You'll also be a key point of contact for clients and business partners, so professionalism, judgement, and strong relationship management will be essential.
Key responsibilities
* Manage the Managing Director's calendar, workflow, and competing priorities
* Prepare briefing notes, coordinate meetings, and ensure follow-up actions are executed
* Act as a filter for information, requests, and priorities
* Liaise confidently with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
* Coordinate across teams to keep projects and key initiatives moving
* Support clear communication and smooth day-to-day operations around the leadership team
About you
* Experience supporting a founder, CEO, Managing Director, or senior leader
* Strong background in fast-paced, high-performance environments
* Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent judgement, discretion, and communication skills
* Confident managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
* Proactive, mature, and solutions-focused
