Key Responsibilities
* Create production-grade tools for automated data flows, including archiving, cataloguing, and analysis of sensitive human omics datasets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new software features and integration points.
* Design and execute test plans, lead code reviews, and maintain high-quality codebases.
* Work with diverse stakeholders to align technical solutions with project needs.
Requirements
* Skilled Software Developer with a passion for data pipelines and systems integration.

* Extensive experience developing robust Python code.
