Responsibilities
* Partner with project and leadership teams to strengthen HSE systems, processes, and reporting.
* Influence and develop initiatives that improve safety culture across the business.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and safety insights to stakeholders at all levels.
* Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication of safety objectives and outcomes.
* Drive innovation in systems and practices to meet evolving industry standards.
About You (Qualifications and Experience)
* Strong experience in HSE within the construction industry (Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience highly regarded).
* A proven ability to implement, manage, and continuously improve safety systems.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting to senior leadership.
* A polished and professional approach, with the ability to influence and engage diverse teams.
* Cert 4 WHS minimum
